Recruitment

The Waxhaw Volunteer Fire Department is always seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a volunteer-based organization, we rely on community members who generously donate their time to provide essential fire protection and emergency medical first response services.

Many of our members serve while also working full-time careers outside the fire service. No prior experience is required—just a commitment to serving your community and a willingness to learn.
